  7. Hi, I'm looking for answer 34. I would certainly use the "customize watch tool", but I'm in doubt if also "email signup" and "product page exit" could be good as well

    1. Hey Alex, "Micro Conversion" is activities engagement that lead upto macro conversion. So option "customize watch tool" and "email signup" are the micro conversions but NOT the "product page exit".

So the answer to this question is only two choices "customize watch tool" and "email signup"

  8. I think I need some help also on questions:
    - 9 (I think "revenue per click")
    - 52 (I think "revenue")
    - 48 (i would put all of them)
    - 18 (I would put all of them)
    - 70 (I would choose "Margin" and "ROI")
    - 63 (I would choose "custom report" but I'm not sure, maybe "dimension widening"?)

    Thank you very much!!!

  9. Hi Arun,
    first of all thank you!!

I have still some doubts about the following questions, the last ones, I promise! :-) :
1 - I'd choose "a", to remove the existing tracking code
    8 - I'd choose "a", MCF, I don't know why but I'm no completely sure about it...
18 - Could you explain me why not use also "Marketing channels"? Maybe I have misunderstood its meaning...
    31 - I'd choose "b", "c", "e"
36 - I'd choose "b" and "c" (revenue and cost), I don't know what would be the meaning of "operating cost" here
61 - I'd choose all but "a", because in my Google Analytics account I see the possibility to choose only "greater than" and never "exactly". But I'm not sure because in the course they say also you can choose "fewer than"
52 - I did not find "revenue" as a metric to rank pages, but only to rank transactions. So in this case I changed my mind and probably will choose "page value", what do you think?
70 - In the video-lesson number 5.4 of Digital Analytics Fundamentals, minute 3:42, they say:
"If you collect ecommerce data for your site or have set up values for your goals, “Revenue per Click,” “Return on Investment” (or ROI) and “Margin” can help you assess keyword profitably.

    Thanks again for your kindness!

    1. Ques 1: u r abso rt, answer is a)
      Ques 8: yes its a)
Ques 18: I am sorry, gave the wrong answers, the correct ans all 4 options
Ques 31: There are only two ways of importing data in GA : Dimension Widening & Cost Data Import so answer is c) & e)
      Ques 36: u r abso rt, answer is b) & c)
      Ques 61: rt, all 4
Ques 52: The Ecommerce tab displays three revenue related metrics: Revenue, Average Value, and Per Visit Value. These metrics are calculated using the revenue that is recorded by your Google Analytics e-commerce code.
and the question says ranking pages on revenue so its a ecommerce website & what better can be a metrics rather than "Revenue" to measure it.
So yes we do have a "Revenue" metrics, so I used "Revenue" as my answer

Ques 70 - Please go though this:
      https://support.google.com/partners/answer/2799792?hl=en&ref_topic=2799752

this says two metrics :1. Value per conversion which is ROI
      2. CPA (cost per acquisition) is Revenue Per click

and this article which i read
      http://www.optimizesmart.com/complete-guide-to-google-adwords-analytics/

clearly said "You can assess keywords’ profitability through RPC and ROI metrics."

so I decided so have "Revenue Per Click" and "ROI" as the answers

    1. Sandip, when u plan to run any campaign, it require some parameters like source, medium etc.. use URL builder fields to enter the parameters and then its easy to get the data for the campaigns.
For example, if u choose source as "Google", get the report from GA getting the data only for Google source

  23. THE EASIEST WAY TO PASS GOOGLE ANALYTICS INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATION, GAIQ CERTIFICATION:

The easiest way to prepare for GAIQ is, No, you don't have to study deeply tutorials, there is NO need for looking or listening at videos carefully. Have a brief overview from Google Analytics IQ training lessons by Google FOR GAIQ (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3424288?hl=en)
There are two parts for tutorials: Digital Analytics Fundamentals and Platform Principles.
Digital Analytics Fundamentals is considered easy to study & understand, it covers the basics & Platform Principles covers the advanced. So study the basic part (Digital Analytics Fundamentals)
    Now, the important point,

    1. start a new blog, may be on Blogger.com / Blogspot.com, have some content in the blog, any content, any topic you like or post some content from here & there.

    2. Implement Google Analytics Tracking code to your blog. Go to Blog setting -> Other -> Put "Analytics web Property ID", wait for some 24hrs & now your blog is ready to get tracked by Google Analytics Tool.

    3. Next Step, Distribute the link of your blog to some of your friends & family as request them to open your blog few times in a day & if possible from different location & machines, mobiles.

Now you will start getting sessions & visits numbers or some data in your Google Analytics tool.
After 1-2 days, start analyzing the data yourself & get the live look & feel of the numbers, reports, build reports, KPIs.

Set up the filters, Set up the Goals. Experience Audience Report, Acquisition report, Behavior report & more

This action will help you understand Google analytics much better than reading articles or watching tutorials. This will take hardly 1-2 days and you will be ready for for the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) exam
    Gud Luck
Don't forget to take the sample quiz after each chapter, some of the questions are repeat as such in the exam

    1. Its 0%, so the answer is D)

Coz as per Google analytics ROI is = (Revenue - Cost of goods sold) / Cost of goods sold.
So in this case Revenue is $5 and Cost is also $5, ROI is 0%

  27. Yes, but 5/5 = 1.00, which would covert to 100% wouldn't it?

You would need a ROI above 100% to return a profit
